Premier Rentals

If you are looking for a rental home, Premier Rentals is a gem! We have rented at a wide variety of locations and different situations from apartment leasing offices to private owners over the years. We are excited every day about the opportunity to live in our Premier Rental home. We are in our 5th year of residency and hope that we can stay many more years. The staff and maintenance team are top notch. I have to give a shout out to David, who is more like family and cares about making sure we are comfortable, If ANY issue comes up, we contact them and get a response quickly and professionally. The home was in perfect condition when we moved in and they invest the time and money to keep it so. I would highly recommend them, we are so happy!

My wife and I, with over a decade of travel nursing and an impeccable rental history across numerous properties, in numerous states, decided to settle down in Paris, TN, by renting a 103-year-old home. We had everything prepared for the move, but the experience with the property management company was deeply disappointing. The lease was sent to us just one day before move-in, revealing several concerning terms: 1 Personal property guidelines on parking incuding what time you can park there, all of which were unusual. 2 Tenants are responsible for all repairs to maintain habitability, with the landlord taking responsibility for this 103-year-old house. 3 The landlord can enter the home at any time without notice—not limited to emergencies or even restricted to business hours. I rented from premier for a long time, they are really fast to handle maintenance issues. The application process was fairly simple, and move in was really fast once approved.

The staff are all great people to deal with and try hard to take care of their tenants, employees, and contractors!
