Bought our home here in Paris some years ago. The agent, Jo Lynn Pierce, was deceptive in not disclosing that termites were found in the crawl space until the closing. Our lawyer was shocked! I chose to have another termite company inspect the house at my expense. No termites were found in the structure. We directed our lawyer to hold all payments until completion of the inspection I had ordered. I called the owners of the real estate office and was blown off. I will not ever deal with this reality office.

I bought a building from Jo LYNN Pierce at Remax and we looked at the building and closed within one week and I had the key. Wow!!!!!! Great services provided.

Property on contract late on finding out sign doesn't say pending it. They need to update them for those of us looking for Property currently.

Absolutely terrible service, ask them to release my contract and told them I was disappointed with service and they would not even release it. They are all about the $$$$$ would never recommend them to anyone!
