Home is beautiful. However shoddy setup, misinformation and the mfg of home at Champion in dresden, Tn. Has been horrible. House delivered in Oct 2025 and still not in it. Errors made when building home and should have been fixed at plant not on site. Still waiting to get things fixed. I would NEVER RECCOMMEND DINKINS OR CHAMPION TO ANYONE.

Beautiful homes for a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and didn't make you feel pressured. Would highly recommend it to friends and family.

We were passing through and spoke with the owner. Even though we let him know right away that we were from Illinois and he couldn’t sell to us without the proper Illinois permit, he was still incredibly helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. He even took the time to show us the home we were interested in. We truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism—highly recommend Dinkins Home Center!!

Gorgeous homes that you are able to go in and look around. The mobile homes are built like a house and the countertops, cabinets are high quality. The lady upfront is as sweet, kind , helpful and very knowledgeable. The experience was like they felt you were the most important client they had. I can’t wait to pick out my new home once we find some land God Willing. Right now just waiting for God and the plans he has for us because I know he will supply our needs. It’s gonna happen just waiting until he puts it all into play.~ MK Murray, Ky
