I really enjoy renting here. The staff is friendly, and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. It’s been a much better experience than with Investment Realty.

Not bad office personnel, do great of getting back to customers with maintenance requests. But the app they use for rental payments is trash. If you make a payment the app gives you a confirmation number but doesn't take the money out till 3 days later. And if you make the payment late in the week it won't take it out till 5 or 6 days later because of the weekend.

Doesn’t respond to maintenance repairs. No itemized report after move-out. Home can be left spotless and you’ll still get cleaning and repair fees. Sketchy people doing sketchy work. Don’t recommend.

Premier is incredibly slow to do any type of maintenance. and be prepared to threaten legal action for any large repair as that is the minimum amount of effort you will need to get them to do something.

Everything was going well with them until we had to get a repair done. A bathroom vanity broke mid-June and it still has not been replaced as of mid-August.
