The house 219 Sliger is full of mold because there is zero ventilation in the house. We did independent mold tests in every room which proved the bad mold was in the house and took them to the premier office. When they called my daughter, the landlord (premier) they accused her of being dirty and blamed her for it. She was so rude and hateful. Meanwhile, my daughter and one of the children have long term mold exposure symptoms and having to see a nose throat and ear specialist. Not only that, but they had to take care of pest problems themselves for bugs and rodents. The house is cheap and all the interior paint and flooring is cheap and fell apart after just a few months living in the house which the landlord lady also blamed on my daughter. Premier Properties has managed our rental home since 1995 and they are excellent! They do in-depth background and credit checks on applicants which means we have never had a bad tenant. When a tenant leaves we barely have enough time to do any painting or maintenance work before another tenant has signed a lease. We have never gone for more than a month without a tenant. They inspect the property before and after each new tenant and at least once every year to make sure the tenants are taking care of our home and to notify us of any work that needs to be done to properly maintain the home. They have a list of maintenance workers that will tend immediately to the tenant’s needs. Any maintenance work done has always been very reasonable. I highly recommend Premier Properties.

Terrible. As an army veteran I rented this place and was there 8 years, no issues as a tenant, always paid on time. I was 8 months pregnant due any day and they decided to rent the place out to their daughter and gave me only 30 days to move 🤨 cleaned out the place and submitted carpet cleaning receipts and they still charged me for that. And charged me for leaving my daughter's baby bottles and bottle brush there because of course I gave birth within the 30 days, it was crazy and mad disrespectful. I didn't get any of my deposit back. But the blessing is, I bought my first home 21 days postpartum with my VA loan and had an amazing realtor! 5 years later I have built up crazy equity and am doing amazing! Worst rental property management company imaginable!! had a leak for 6 months they refused to fix and leaked all into our house and destroyed my couch tv and table!! Said it was not in the owners budget at the moment. Horrible!! Then when we moved out, they tried to charge us for the carpet that had been leaked on. CRAZY!!!

Premier Properties has been managing my rental property for well over 20 years. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They are professional and always immediately responsive. I highly recommend them for investors who want stress free management of their properties. I believe that they treat our tenants fairly and I would recommend them for tenants as well.
