Redbird Village Apartment Homes

Upon move in, our apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all new appliances, flooring and paint. The benefit of utilities wrapped into our monthly payment was so convenient and simple. The property is always maintained and the benefits of onsite laundromat and pool was thoroughly appreciated and enjoyed. Highly recommend RBV to anyone looking for a new home.

The apartments are great! Nice area peaceful never see anything alarming or random people out and about! The price is great, the maintenance staff is great always keeps the area clean and quick to fix any issue I have. I would give a 5 start BUT The only issue is the parking… there is not enough parking there is 8 apartments on my side with only 11 spots… people from other buildings park in this area and the office staff does not do anything about it or seem to care… Some people pay for cover parking but choose to take up regular parking space instead, the parking space lines are hardly visible which makes it harder to park. There is no handicapped parking spots either. I wish the office staff or the owner would actually do something about the parking issue and investing in painting new p

Peaceful place. Hidden little gem. Extremely strong sense of community. Rare to find anywhere these days. The Office Mgmt (Ms. Laura & Ms. Ashley take their job seriously and are consistent. Officer Alvi is on property and a class act. Both he and this community were a true Godsend while catching my breath. … and yes the Maintenance Men are really as efficient and reliable as everyone says!

Let's start with the bad……. Ok, now that we got that over with, let's continue.  I have been a resident at Redbird Village for a little over a year since posting this review.  When my renewal came up, I did not hesitate for a second to sign it.  I have lived in many places in my adult life. Still, Redbird Village sets itself apart from the fantastic staff that keeps the community clean, well-maintained, and safe, as well as the wonderful neighbors you meet by going to the pools or just out for a leisure walk.  Everyone here is super friendly and polite and looks out for each other.  During my time here, I had only one single issue, and it was resolved within hours, giving me reassurance and confidence in the management.  I didn't even have enough time to complain about it before it was ha
