Las Ventanas Apartments

Horrible year living here. I had major leaking ceiling and flooded floor for 2 weeks before it finally got resolved. I threatened to report them to the city. They do not have cameras so if you value your vehicle your car is not safe on this property! Tania and Lupe also make up petty charges for a buck. I cleaned my whole apartment left no furniture behind left no trash I took plenty of pictures and they still want to be petty and charge me for "didn't clean apartment " of 85.00 Do not live here do not spend your hard working money on these apartments because I promise you. . You can find somewhere you can live comfortably and stress free.I ONLY TAKE TIME TO MAKE A REVIEW WHEN I AM RIGHT AND TREATED UNFAIR. I am so glad I moved out of here. They are always closed every Friday and Saturday

The staff here is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful! The neighborhood is very well kept and the residents are super friendly! The pool is a bit chilly but it's refreshing after hot sunny day!

I recognize that the current owners of these apartments are doing a very good job, they provide a good service, although it takes time to correct everything that needed to be improved, but they are doing it; The laundry room has improved. The office staff is friendly, helpful, when you request a service in your home the response is quick and they correct it, the maintenance staff with a very good attitude. Your best option to live

Apartment complex next to a quiet neighborhood. Great place to move to for a family looking to get away from noisy neighborhoods. Everything is close by and that's a good feeling. Traffic isn't terrible. The apartment complex is clean and people are friendly. Floor plans are very decent.

I really appreciate how nice and understanding Monica and Martha are. They do an excellent job in explaining things and making sure we are up to date. The place is very calm. I’ve had no problems. Apartment is very comfortable and spacious. Maintenance rock! Thanks so much
