As someone who closes commercial real estate transactions for a national firm, I need to call out the complete lack of competence shown by Premier Florida Title on a recent multi-million-dollar deal, costing the buyer time and money. They demonstrated no functional understanding of how to close a commercial real estate transaction. They produced incorrect settlement statements and struggled with even the most routine closing mechanics. Their work created unnecessary delays and confusion at every step. Communication was equally poor. They were non-responsive, slow to correct obvious errors, and consistently out of sync with the process. Everyone on the deal found their performance problematic.
