At the time to get approved everything looks “good” but as you as you sign all the paperwork they stop being as helpful I moved in October and I’ve dealt with mold, my ac unit not working, loud neighbors playing music and running at all times and ofc if you try to call they don’t answer and if you try to go to the office they’re never there it is now February and the mold is coming back after they sent a “specialist” it was literally just a handy man that actually informed me that thw apartment grows mold due to ventilation and I have to keep cleaning the humidity in the window like that’s not supposed to happen. also extremely hard for them to come take a look I had to go in the office multiple times and get the property managers email that wasn’t really to helpful either I am currently s

I recently moved in and had a great experience. Brianna in the leasing office was amazing—she was super helpful throughout the entire process and made sure everything was done to get me approved. She was professional, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth. I really appreciate her help!

they’re so charming and responsive at move in time but after a week or so they go ghost. AC unit went out after 2 weeks n it’s been a month since then. had 1 maintenance guy show up, say he was coming back, then goes ghost. another guy shows up says “we can’t fix that, need an HVAC tech,” then supposedly says he’s gonna put in a request at the leasing office… been a week since then. AND they never notify you of when they’re gonna show up, mind you we work… it’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone from the office, it seems like there is never anybody there. we’ve had to use 1 small space heater to heat areas we are in throughout the day and the power bill is making it SOOO FRUSTRATING. it has been a month since we’ve had any airflow, heat, air conditioning. also had a request put

I’m not going to lie after reading all the hate comments I was scared lol but I just moved in yesterday and nun of the stuff that was said is true and I’m more than glad :) my apartment is more than what I expected. As a first apartment I’m highly satisfied. And also Hydea is the best she made everything perfect I would definitely recommend her to anyone that’s interested in moving. Thank you!

⭐️ 0 out of 10 — Do Not Recommend I lived at Premier Apartments for two years, and my experience was absolutely horrible. During my stay, the property was bought out by two different management companies, and each one somehow managed to be worse than the last. Both companies overcharged me for renters insurance that I already had. I sent in my documentation multiple times and never received a response or a credit. The only time they ever reply to emails is if it’s about moving out. Any other issue? Silence. When I first moved in, the apartment was in awful condition. There were paint clumps everywhere, and I had to clean the unit myself before I could even bring in my furniture.
