Great management, very responsive and effective with maintenance issues, and affordable rents. Unfortunately rents have gone up but still somewhat affordable for the average working class Beloiters. Overall a good experience in the almost 7 years I've been living here, hopefully solutions to keep rents affordable will be solved. Otherwise I am satisfied with my experience.

Basement storage areas flood causing mildew on all your belongings; expensive, poorly maintained, and too few laundry machines; terrible noise insulation between units and smells fill up the hallways with burnt food or hemp creeping into your unit; excessive, whiny, and unproductive mass communication emails and texts; don't expect to live a peaceful life renting here.

I just love how the up keeping is around there and our neighbors are excellent and very respectful 🙏🏾
