Beautiful property well maintained. We toured the property and the available unit ready to lease. We started the application process on July 3rd while we were there at the property. We're relocating from another state. There were documents needed that had to be retrieved, such as proof of income, and was told we could add it later once we return home. I logged into the application, and the unit was no longer available. With it being the 4th of July weekend, I emailed Zack the leasing agent to inform him that the apartment was no longer attached or included in the application. I called the office the following Monday, July 7th, left messages, and no return call. We were impressed with the efforts of revitalizing downtown Beloit but not such much after being ghosted.

I found these online when I first moved to Wisconsin and followed their progress as they were built hoping to end up in one of the two-story lofts with a balcony. I have been here almost 10 months and I have no regrets. Safety is a top consideration for me and I feel very safe here at all times. The management team is top-notch. And the maintenance guys are friendly and take care of things in a prompt manner. I am certainly grateful for both teams as they are responsive and kind. While I was incapacitated, they went out of their way to try and help. The amenities are amazing including the coffee machine downstairs and the small shop when you need something last minute. I couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience touring these apartments. Zach was extremely responsive, and answered all my questions. In the end this was too far of a commute for me to work, but if it wasn't i would've signed on the spot. The apartments were really beautiful, and secure from what I toured.

Wow this place is truly amazing! So modern and basically brand new. The team here is just such a bonus on top of the building itself. They are all extremely helpful. We were left the most amazing gift basket welcoming us. 10/10

Visited a friend that lives here and now I want to move in. It's so beautiful and spacious. I admire the safety that's in place. It was easy to enter and exit the parking lot. To top it off, it's pet friendly.
