Maple Creek Apartments

The management was very nice, they made the process easy and the apartments smelled nice and were very clean. The outside and inside of the building was also very clean. You really can’t complain much. The neighbors were very polite as well when I was walking in to tour the buildings, the area is quiet. I will update my review soon again

Poor management. Property manager is there MAYBE 2 or 3 hrs a day, IF they show up, and the past two maintenance guys left after getting tired of the BS. The property itself is nice but the company that owns it does not want to commit the resources to maintain it. Expect the cheapest possible solution to any problem.

My husband and I lived in these apartments for a little over 2 years and were very happy here! Reasonable rent. Management is super nice, and if you need maintenance for anything, they get to your concern quickly with good communication! Pet friendly and no ridiculous pet fee either. Maybe we just had good neighbors, but we NEVER heard anything through the walls. The only negative we have to say is that it’s a window unit for a/c and it was loud in the living room, but that’s it. We didn’t really want to move, but I’m going to school in the fall and we moved in with family to save money.

We lived in one of the two-bedroom townhome apartments for about 10 months, until we bought and moved into our first home. Reasonable rent, well-maintained living and outdoor spaces, and timely communication. We never had a problem with hearing through walls. Our toddlers loved the large green space right outside our patio door, which would be easily accessible to anyone in the complex. We enjoyed the family-friendly sidewalks which connect everything together. It was just what we needed for the time!

I would highly recommend maple creek apartments to anyone. My boyfriend and I had an apartment on the lower level for a little over a year. If I didn’t get a different job I definitely would have stayed here as long as I could. The apartment itself was very nice and the location is prime as it is close to groceries, entertainment, restaurants, walking areas and SO much more. Lori the landlord is a pleasure to work with and will go out of her way to help you with whatever you need and gets back to you quickly whenever you need something. Again, I would highly recommend maple creek apartments. You will not be disappointed.
