Great place to live, it’s affordable at the time of this review ($800 for a 2 bed with garage), it’s clean with locked access to get in so it feels safe, maintenance is pretty quick, and Abraham, who I believe is one of the managers, is always a pleasure to talk to. This place is definitely nice for the price we pay. Very happy

Prairie Park West Fargo has shown an extremely poor approach to handling resident work orders. I have been living here coming up on 2 months without a working washing machine, and mailbox key. I have put in multiple request to have this issues resolved along with making calls to the office. I was told by the technician that the washing machine can not be fixed and must be replaced, whenever I call to get an update I am brushed off with excuses. The worst part of this experience is the lack of urgency, even with something as simple as a mailbox key. If you are looking for a new apartment please avoid Prairie Park West Fargo.

Justin from maintenance came in to help with my slow draining kitchen sink..he was such a great help! 2 minutes and he fixed the problem! The trap had sooo much yuck and actual metal straw cleaner and a Capri straw with who knows what, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of it!

Justin is amazing always gets things done in a quick manner fixed my daughter's heater in a matter of minutes and also fixed the light I was struggling with and my blinds all in a matter of minutes.he is always a pleasure to see and so polite and very knowledgeable

We signed a short-term lease but contacted the leasing office the very next morning to cancel as this was not the area we needed to be in. Understanding that we had signed the lease, we willingly agreed to forfeit our $750 deposit—even though we had not received keys, activated utilities, or taken any further steps. After speaking with the community manager, we were told that by forfeiting the deposit and paying a small cancellation fee (outlined in the lease), the matter would be resolved. However, a few days later, we were suddenly informed that we owed an additional $1,200 due to "repayment of concessions." This made no sense, as we never even took possession of the unit.
