The designer had great ideas and was very patient and helpful to my clients. I especially appreciated the way Mr.Jordall was able to help my clients get a fence in for their two beloved dogs. We have had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the day we moved in, issues continued to appear throughout the house. Kitchen Issues: The kitchen sink was leaking from underneath because a punctured pipe had been installed, and someone had to come replace it. Bathroom Problems: One of the toilets started leaking from the bottom less than a month after we moved in. Gas Safety Concerns: We also experienced two gas leaks — one in the utility room and another under the stove — which is extremely concerning for the safety of any family living here. Poor Interior Work: Even the countertop was installed poorly. The edge of the countertop was so weak that simply placing a dish with light pressure caused damage.
