Professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Adriana Foley was incredibly helpful during my move-in process. She was welcoming, patient, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. She made sure I had the information I needed and always pointed me in the right direction. She even stayed after hours to help show me around, which made the transition much less stressful. Her professionalism and kindness made a big difference, and I’m very grateful for her support. Goldmark has a great team member in Adriana.

Better than being homeless. Kinda. If you have literally anywhere else you can go, avoid here, and avoid Goldmark. Fargos largest slumlords. Genuinely if Goldmark was the only renter, and I couldnt afford a home in Fargo, I would skip town.

Over all great move in experience, Abraham helped so much on getting me situated in to my new home. The office as a whole goes above and beyond to help. They made my move in experience so much easier with the amount of time I had available for them to work with. Even through the hiccups stuff was still getting figured out. Highly recommend:)

Since I’ve been here at Park West Gardens for the past 3 1/2 years, they have been nothing but great. When I have issues, they are dealt with right away. I can give you so many examples. I’m visually impaired and a dishwasher I had in here was too complicated for me. I went to the office and they replaced it with something simpler Within that week, I had a brand new one more simple for me to work. I really enjoy being here.

Ash has went Way Above and Beyound for me and my furbabies. I feel like she is family and always will be. I have had alot of issues but Ash Pauly has been there with me threw thick and thin. I Love her so very much for everything, She has done for me and my furbabies Jordan and Zoey (she passed way in Oct 2025) And Ash was there for me thru that horrible time and thru worse times. Thank you Ash Pauly for all that you do. She cares with her heart. I don't know, how I made it thru those times without Ash. Everyone should want to live here because this of Ash Pauly.
