I had a great experience with PPMG of Texas. From start to finish, their team was extremely professional and responsive. They made the entire application process quick, simple, and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained, and they were always available to answer my questions. Kristi was especially wonderful to work with. She was very friendly, quick to respond, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. She made the process feel easy and comfortable, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that values efficiency and customer service. I highly recommend PPMG of Texas to anyone looking for a smooth and straightforward rental experience.

I have been a tenant of a PPMG since 2022. From the very beginning, the process has been great. I was able to see the property at my convenience. I was able to submit everything online and have renewed my two year lease once already. When I have had maintenance issues they are quick to get it taken care of and the staff is truly amazing. I've had the privilege of working with Teresa and she is wonderful. Staff is caring and understanding and they make the rental process that much easier. Im so thankful for them.

PPMG takes extra steps to make sure they respond quickly to tenants, even outside of their normal working hours. I had a maintenance emergency and was so pleased with how quickly they responded and fixed my issue. They were kind and helpful. Truly appreciate their help and support.

In the years that I have rented from other leasing companies, I have NEVER had a leasing company that actually cared about their tenants as much as PPMG does! I had fallen into the deepest hole after losing my job in September and did not think that I would be able to make ends meet or keep our home. PPMG was SO understanding and worked with us until we were able to get back on our feet again. The staff is absolutely AMAZING, caring, and understanding. I would like to especially thank Stacy for working with us on getting caught up, and Ashley for not only helping with extensions but for listening.
