I’ve had an excellent experience with this property management company. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about both the property and the people who live there. Communication is clear and timely, maintenance issues are handled quickly, and everything runs smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a team that is so reliable and well-organized. David Diaz has handled a handful of issues/concerns for me with urgency and attentiveness.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Power Prop as a property management company. We’ve dealt with repeated habitability issues, including a heater that fails repeatedly and a back door that will not close or seal properly. During winter conditions, these are serious health and safety concerns. When these issues arose over the holidays, there was no functional after-hours emergency support available. We were told the office was closinf af 5pm that there was “nothing that could be done,” despite the issues involving heat and security. When I asked what I should do, their employee Jean Rose was rude and unsympathetic. I called back to follow up at 4:59 pm was sent to voicemail.
