Great property management and great maintenance guys

The entire complex was recently renovated and looks beautiful. The maintenance staff are friendly and competent. There are too many restrictions though. No plants, pools, grills, decorations outside, etc. Also, though they are friendly, the office staff does not return my calls in a timely manner and I've had to call several times in order to get a response. Overall, not a bad place to live if all the rules don't bother you.

Excellent customer service sets a company apart in this competitive industry. Whenever I call our resident management office and speak with Ms. Sharnell Lambert, it's always a great experience. Her professional demeanor and superb listening skills are outstanding, and I always leave with my problem solved and feeling better. I truly appreciate her patience and human resources skills within the community! Kudos to Sharnell!

Two stars because the apartments ARE nic but that's literally it. Management lacks in several areas: communication skills, empathy, kindness, and a sense of community. You won't find that here. Management can be very rude and unkind if you aren't a neurotypical person. That means, they aren't kind to people with neurological disorders such as ADHD and AUTISM just to name a few. I've even had to request NOT to be harassed by them because the way they've been berating me with this agenda of theirs, has been extremely overwhelming and stressful. Especially when I took the necessary steps to inform them that I was waiting for a BHN worker to help with this paperwork that needs to be signed. I'm lacking in certain voc skills myself but that's due to no fault of my own. I went my entire life w/o

Worst place ever can't do anything without people complaining. Residents start trouble and then play victim when it's them. Having cliques like we back in high-school. Noisy residents and management don't do anything but check complaints of the people that start it. Apartment wise their good but over all community makes the apartment not worth it.
