The incompetence and lack of oversight from this real estate company to someone who is buying my house, cost me emotional and financial loss. They sent an inexperienced person without any supervision or guidance violated numerous statutes under the Massachusetts Realtor Association. It ended up costing me as the seller not even under this real estate agency $1800 out-of-pocket for an attorney when the whole deal fell through due to their lack of competency and oversight. I will have to figure out how to recoup my losses however I needed to write this today.
