Poudre Trails Apartments

I went into the office at Poudre Trails this afternoon for more information about the specials i seen on Facebook marketplace. I met Joe and Charles who are maintenance and Sylvia and Cheyenne the office ladies. They were all so helpful. It was a delight to see the dynamic of this team. I plan on applying.

Cheyenne and Sylvia here are awesome. They're very kind and sweet. My son always rushes into office to bug them and they welcome him always. The maintenance guy Joe is great he is right on task whenever if ever i need something. It's honestly very quiet where my unit is and that's how I like it. Keep up the good work

I came to get a tour, and met Sylvia. Sweetest lady ever!! I ended up applying and got accepted only a couple of days later! I love it here so far and i'm so excited for my future here! I love that they have special holidays like chocolate cake day! Or the pizza day! It feels nice knowing i don't have to be scared to go ask questions about something knowing they are super, super helpful!

My roommate and I have been here about 3 months now. The office staff, Cheyenne and Silvia, are always willing to help with any issues we may have. They are very professional and friendly and always put a smile on my face! The apartments and grounds are clean and manicured! I enjoy living here and the staff is a big reason why! I give this complex an A+ and will be here for a long while!

Sylvia & Cheyenne were amazing! They stayed after 5 to make sure we were able to move in, after driving in from out of state, had great attitudes and were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
