DO NOT MOVE HERE! I cannot begin to explain how frustrating and disappointing my experience was at this apartment complex. After moving out in September, I followed all of the required steps, including submitting my move-out notice months in advance and requesting a walk-through (as specified in my lease). However, they refused to do a walk-through and told me that they no longer offer them. That was the first red flag. Fast forward a few weeks, and I receive a notification that there was a drastic decrease in my credit score and with further investigation I figured it out that the final bill was sent straight to collections. They also took the security deposit with no notification. They sent the bill straight to collections without giving me a fair chance to dispute any of the charges.

Joe in Maintenance is the best. I’ve never had a maintenance man as good as him. He’s very efficient and accurate. Always addressing my concerns. Only maintenance man I’ve met/completed my tasks. Front office needs some work.

I lived at The Grove Apartments for two years, and from the moment I moved in until the day I finally left, it was a nightmare. On move-in day, when I went to pick up my keys, the unit was absolutely disgusting: grease stains covered the carpet, the door was broken, and the refrigerator looked like it had survived a war zone. The assistant manager even admitted they’d known about these issues weeks before our move-in and did nothing, yet still forced us to sign the lease without so much as an apology. We were stuck living in our old place for another week with no compensation or support. Thank godness we still had access to our old apartment in the interim or else that would have been an utter disaster. Security here is nonexistent. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! THEY WILL TAKE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT!!! I strongly recommend avoiding this property management company. I moved back in January, leaving the apartment in excellent condition with full video documentation. The staff conducted a final walk-through, confirmed everything was in good order, and stated no additional charges would apply. I have to emailed them all January asking for my deposit and then I received a demand for over $400 in fees already sent to collections, without evidence, or opportunity to dispute. This appears to be a pattern of withholding deposits, adding unsubstantiated charges, and escalating to collections prematurely. Research thoroughly, review move-out policies in writing, and consider other properties to avoid similar financial and credit issues.STAY AWA

I was a resident here for almost 3 years, never missed a single rent payment, paid on time every month and upon our lease ending and vacating the unit this complex proceeded to send my account to collections without proper notice, no communication to me as the tenant and violated my rights under Florida law. The management team in the office is a joke to work with, no one ever had answers to any questions and there was always a problem when it came time to sign an extension. The one positive thing I have to say is the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful.
