Portico

I rented a three bedroom three bath home as I had sold my property. I don't use the amenities much, but they have a pool. And a gym, nice playground for the children.And the place is pretty quiet. They keep the lawns up and the streets are clean and tidy. And the the people that work in the amenities office are extremely nice.

We just moved to the perfect home for our family! Love the community and the amenities and fabulous! Safe, very clean, friendly, we couldn’t be more blessed!

First time home buyers here and we absolutely love everything Portico has to offer. The community looks small from the front, but once you take a tour, you’ll find it to have separate, neighborhood type, developments branching off the main road. The newest phases being built offer a more traditional gated community feel. Flood insurance here is dirt cheap, as to my knowledge, most of the community sits at about 20 feet above sea level of not more. - gorgeous community center with pool/gym/conference area/playground/ tennis, just completed this year. -great sense of community and wonderful mix of working and retired people. (Our neighbor baked us cookies our second day in our house) -golf cart and certain motorized vehicles allowed, for inner community transportation. - no golf course
