Before choosing Port O’Call Apartments, we were recommended this community by family members who had lived here for a long time. Even so, we still did our own research online, checked reviews, and visited the property in person. After speaking with the management team and spending time in the area, everything matched what we had seen and heard, which made us feel comfortable moving forward. From the beginning, Brendan and Michelle were easy to work with. They were polite, patient, and clear in their communication. They stayed in touch through emails and phone calls, explained things well, and helped with all the paperwork without making the process stressful. The eight years I have leased thus far, Michelle and Brendan are by far the most stellar group of people I have ever had the privilege of being a tenant for. Rather than flaunting their power around and jacking it up the rent for established tenants. “Because they can”. The rent has always remained affordable. Bridgedale Properties has never ceased to be polite, accommodating and understanding. Their property is always gorgeous, not to mention they regularly keep up with the apperance of it. Even going as far as to add fresh coats of paint to the parking numbers, buildings, maintaining the siding/ roofing and providing a lovely pool. I adore the trees that wrap around the main property. We have lived in a lot of apartments over the years and Port O' Call is easily the best. The staff is so nice and easy to work with. When you have a maintenance issue, they usually come the same day or the next. It's very quiet with lots of families. The staff does a great job keeping the property clean and tidy looking. The apartments are a little dated but they're neutral enough that it's not that noticeable. Really we have nothing at all negative to say about Port O' Call. It's great!

I love Port O Call! They helped me get on my feet when I moved back to New Haven! It's a very quite and clean complex to live in, not too many problems on my side of the complex. The Apartments are very large and very comfortable to live in! Perfect for 1 person. The staff and maintenance are very friendly and quick to fix a called in problem. I highly recommend Port O Call!

I have lived in Port O' Call Apartments for 13yrs. Due to their "off the road" location, it is a quiet living place. I live in a 2 bedroom Townhouse and it has all my needs (i.e. washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air etc...). The staff is welcoming and friendly and the maintenance crew is GREAT (which is a HUGE plus). I would definitely recommend them!
