So many better places to live. They refuse to do maintenance and keep raising rent. Mangers are very rude. They advertise a pool on their website that has been closed for YEARS and nit pick EVERYTHING you do but do the MINIMUM on maintaining apartments if anything at all. They have bedbugs everywhere but charge residents for the bedbug treatments when they got it from a neighbor who got it from a neighbor(apartment complexs problem). Find somewhere else to live and save yourself the headache.

Princess Porter is the best and she's so helpful I'm glad I chose these apartments I feel so at home and know if I have any concerns she'll do her best too take care of the problem

Current resident. I’ve been pretty lenient on my judgement given that I knew I wouldn’t be living here long term. The issues I’ve had with unruly neighbors, wild neighborhood children and general upkeep aside, this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. At no point in time has there been an actual “maintenance staff”. Nothing has been fixed in my apartment by the staff here nor have I ever been compensated for the things I chose to fix and pay for because they’re basic needs in a home. The most egregious of which is a persistent leak in my master bathroom ceiling. An issue spanning over 6 months started as a moderate drip above my bathtub that would occasionally leave the bath mat wet to now a gaping hole in my ceiling that never stops leaking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless animal! They do not follow by any of their “lease policies”. People are constantly over filling the dumpsters and leaving trash bags outside of it which is supposed to be a $25 fine. People do not pick up after their animals, or kids. Kids go around vandalizing property as well as other tenants property. My vehicle as well as 7 other cars had the word “PEPE” wrote on the vehicle in permanent marker and was told there is nothing they can do about it. And that they would ask other residents if they seen anything. Was told I couldn’t put up a camera due to it violating everyone else’s privacy even if it’s only pointed at my vehicle. The storage units are constantly vandalized and broke into. People are inconsiderate of kids and the way's the way
