I recently moved into my townhome and I love it! The move-in process went smoothly. The leasing staff were super friendly and supportive. Tommia is extremely kind and professional which made the process even better!

The Property Manager Mia is phenomenal she is always making sure tenants and property are happy and safe. She’s the best in the region

I moved into my brand-new townhouse at the end of June, and what should have been an exciting life event has turned into months of stress, expenses, and disappointment. First, let me be clear: Brianna and Nate have been incredible. They’ve gone above and beyond whenever I reached out. The failure here lies with management. I have never once met the property manager in person, and the only “call” I ever received was from a blocked number with no voicemail—then she claimed I never called her back. That’s the level of accountability here. Numerous attempts to escalate through regional and corporate just loop back to the same empty promises and it is impossible to get anyone above the regional manager. Problems started immediately—the AC wouldn’t shut off and dropped the house to 61 degrees. I

I went and toured this week with Tommia and she was so professional and polite. I’m so excited to move to Porchlight because of her! I will be leasing for sure once my lease ends.
