Poplin Trace Townhomes

Very nice clean development. Artie from the beginning was and has been very knowledgeable, informative when it come to showing the rental units. He has been very consistent in following up with phone call and emails incase you get one of those pop up unanswered questions.

My husband and I have lived here for over a month and we are so happy with our choice. The management is amazing and very responsive. Jordan is wonderful. We look forward to many years here!

I have lived here for a year now and have ran into multiple problems. If it’s not my doorknobs popping off because they installed the wrong size it’s the dryer they also didn’t install correctly making me run my loads at least three times. There are no stop signs at the busy 4 way intersection inside the neighborhood. There are also no amenities so the children play in the street at risk of being hit by cars that don’t stop since there is no 4 way stop sign . I made the office aware of this and I was told to contact the city for the stop signs. Which doesn’t make sense because i’m a tenant no the owner of the community. I am moving to North Carolina and not sure what to expect finding a place to rent. I came across what appeared to be a very nice place on line. When I called the office they were super friendly and very accommodating. When I arrived at the rental office I was made to feel welcomed and like I was at home already. Jordan was super helpful and patient answering all of my questions. She showed me around the property, her knowledge of the property, professionalism, and kind nature was much appreciated. She went over all of the paperwork and explained the application/background check thoroughly. It is quite stressful getting all of the needed paperwork together, but Jordan made it go smoothly and helped me every step of the way. All of the staff here are great and I look forward to living

I’m not sure how this complex is still getting renters with these reviews… We as residents are trying to help you not come pay a lot to live in a bad environment. These reviews are honest and true! These apartments are over priced for all the issues we as residents are having to deal with. There are no amenities like a pool, tennis court or playground and we are still having to pay a bit for not well built townhomes. The painting is not done well, peeling, cracking and smudging along with different shades. Plumbing backs up all the time. The infestation of gnats is terrible!! Even though we have a clean place it doesn’t matter about these bugs. Trying to get a maintenance request fulfilled is like pulling teeth. No one returns your calls to help.
