My experience as a tenant with Clockwork has been positive so far. The move-in process was super fast. I toured the unit on Monday and was able to take possession by Friday the same week. They respond in a reasonable amount of time. Maintenance requests tend to take a few weeks and a follow-up email reminder, but they get done eventually. Overall, it has been a smoother process than other property managers I've contacted in the Charlotte area. I will update the review after lease renewal or move-out.

I've been renting from this property management company for 2 years. I've had a great experience, this is my first time renting from a company, I have always rented from private owners so I did not know what to expect. They have great communication, anytime that I have contacted them there is always a response either the same day or the next day. Recently they hired a new maintenance guy named Nick, he is friendly, thorough, responds quickly and keeps you updated on when he is available or will be arriving. When he is on your property he takes the time to explain any issues and what the plan is to get it taken care of efficiently. I've only had a couple of minor repairs and they have been taking care of immediately. I know that can depend on the property manager but this company does cont
