Would not normally do this but we knew this was a well-constructed house. Josh reassured us that he would correct any issue or concern we had throughout our 1-year warranty period. Josh kept his word and this made our experience with Pinnacle Homes stress free. This type of customer care is not something you get from a production builder who forgets about you the moment you close on the house. There is so much potential with Pinnacle, but unfortunately where they choose to cut corners will ultimately cost the homeowner in the long run. They did things like: - Installing a wildly underpowered AC / Heat Pump in the house (a 3.5 ton single zone unit to cover 2600+ sq feet). It's also the LEAST energy efficient model on the market for that size, which explains the fact the energy bill doubles in the winter and it takes well over an hour for the house to heat up 1 degree. The solution was "just don't lower the heat at night in the winter". - Used some cheap gravel/dirt on the shared driveway that would wash away every storm because they wouldn't spend the money on true driveway gravel. Pinnacle homes made the home buying process simple and efficient. They were amazing to work with. There were some issues at the one year walk through and they stayed on top of it and got everything fixed in a timely manner.
