Just visited a friend literally tonight 1/25/2025 8:32 pm. Music blasting all over the park from different homes. Literally speakers outside or from from within their homes. People outside as if it was 2pm. My friend and I couldn't even study for our upcoming exam. Whoever manages the place does NOTHING. Not a quiet environment. We were going to call the cops. But decided to go to my place instead. How do people live like that?? My friend told me he goes to the library to study due to the noise. He can't even relax in his own home. Disgraceful. Owners should be ashamed. They will never get renters from normal civilized people if this is the type of environment they want to present. RUN FROM THIS PLACE.

I made a small deposit after I got approved at the park. The office insisted that they do a background check for evictions and criminal history. The original deposit that was agreed upon was 1200. Then they raised it to 2200. Then they raised it to 3000. Then when we told them we weren’t going to be able to pay 2600 by the end of the week, they refused to give us our $400 back and the liar in charge of everything never told us it was non refundable. Your mobile home park isn’t worth $3000 deposit and 1200 a month when you’ve got 3 child molestors living in the park.
