Pointe Niguel

Safe Oasis in Orange County! We moved from the Bay Area and are glad to have found home at Pointe Niguel. The complex is well maintained, green, safe and gated. The neighbours and tenants are friendly. The maintenance requests are very quickly resolved. There are two swimming pools and two jacuzzi. My favorite is the fitness center- Its so well equipped and even has a separate yoga studio section.

We just renewed our lease with Pointe Niguel! Our first year here has been great. Maintenance is so kind and also very quick and responsive to requests. We have quite a few requests over our time here to be honest but they are so responsive that it’s not really a big deal. Everyone in the front office is very helpful and nice as well. They recently added an annoying AI attendant when calling the office which is not my favorite. They do bulky item pick up frequently and for the most part, the grounds are well maintained. Thank you Pointe Niguel maintenance and office teams! We’re excited for another year in our home.

I had a pleasant visit with Anna, she was great. Looking at the property I was not interested, the exterior is old and not attractive. Apartment I was showing was ok, remodeled but unfortunately the smell of an old building is still there. If I’m going to pay the same money as I pay now which is a beautiful resort by Irvine Company, I rather stay put.

Went for a tour, at first Anna gave us a great tour and made everything seem so wonderful. we have rented in the last five years in OC and Long Beach with no issues. We paid the application fees and were told there was an issue with a credit report that was not even accurate. It was from a previous residence in Orange County that had terrible service and had in proper documentation of our record. We tried to explain the situation, but they said they only take what their third-party says, and don’t do any investigation themselves. Once it came up that we were denied their attitude completely changed and weren’t even trying to work out any explanation or hear us out it was just you got denied. Cindy was excellent tour guide. Best tour we’ve had and loved the facilities and beautiful location. Great place and one of our top choices that we are considering.
