Pointe at Lake Crabtree Apartments

I lived here for over two years and truly loved calling this place home. The experience was wonderful. Rodna in the office has always been kind, and incredibly helpful. Mike from maintenance has been equally fantastic, quick to address any issues and always professional. The property itself is well maintained, the location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. I’m only moving because I’m relocating out of state otherwise, I would have happily continued my stay. I have nothing but positive things to say about this community and would highly recommend it.

Love this place. The amenities are beautiful and love the vibes and environment. The staff have all been super nice. Shoutout to Rodna Shontz though! She has gone above and beyond to make sure my onboarding has been smooth and has helped ease my worries in transitioning to an apartment from my townhouse. I am so thankful and can’t wait to move in!

We’ve been living here and absolutely love it! Marry and Rodna are always so helpful and go above and beyond to support residents. The community is very safe, clean, and well maintained. Maintenance is quick to fix anything. They also organize fun seasonal events that bring everyone together. Highly recommend Pointe at Lake Crabtree Apartments!

I lived at Pointe at Lake Crabtree for a year and a half and loved it! I only left because I moved out of state. The apartments are very nice and up to date. The location is perfect, close to the airport, Park West shopping center, and the greenway for walking or biking. The leasing staff are amazing and very helpful and accommodating. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but positive things to say about this complex!

I live here currently. I like it. Safe area and place. Secure building with locks and cameras. Lots of families. Nice amenities that are taken care of so far. It's a bit pricy, in my opinion. The maintenance guy is very nice and does great work (this is important in apartments). Haven't had a package stolen yet as the packages are left in the building. The neighbors are not too loud, or maybe the walls are well insulated. My cats like it too, if that helps. Here's a picture of my cats in the apartment.
