My mom has been living at Point Natomas Apartments for the past 3 years, and a big reason she’s had such a great experience is Marisol. From the very beginning, she has provided excellent customer service and has always made my mom feel welcomed and valued. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and professionally managed all hours of the day everyday which really shows in how smoothly everything is run and how responsive the staff is. If you are ok with criminals stealing from your vehicle everynightyou definitely don't need to worry about management having your vehicle towed for parking on the line that might prevent you from getting to and from work to pay rent.by the way do you like harassment thers plenty of that .

Lived there 4 years the space itself is good for the price, dishwasher, good closet space, did not experience any roaches. maintenance is good on falling through, office answers the phone but don’t call them with a problem…neighbor dropped her trash, pills and cat feces which landed in front my door or my back space they did nothing. My car window got broken inside the parking lot; security comes around once every blue moon I had cameras. Decided to move out and they told me I’ll be responsible for a certain amount for rent I agreed but before I could get everything out they put a notice and I already told them I would take care of it just not at that moment when I just spent a few bands on a new space since they don’t accommodate that to upgrade it’s been just a lil over a month since I

I have been at this location now for 5 years. The conditions at Point Natomas are deplorable. They have had a huge white carrier trash can that people constantly dump mattresses and furniture in. Not to mention the homeless people that rummage through everyday. I have reached out to the corporate office several times sent emails and no one followes up.Not to mention the visible drug use and homeless camping out in the parking lot. I am ready to move out! I have endured bedbugs and roaches and moths coming in from the crawl space in my closet. I’ve never been able to use the amenities here. The laundry room smells like mold and the pool is always filled with people who don’t even live here. You keep raising rent and I have seen no changes made here.
