Point Alameda Apartments

I have been there for almost a year. My husband and I personally love this place. So peaceful, they come and clean the laundry area, and the hallways get vacuumed regularly. If I ever have an issue (wear and tear), they come and fix it right away. Couldn't ask for anything better. My neighbors are all so great, too. They've been there for years.

This building is full of neglect Asbestos and Mold for over a decade I have been moved 3 times from apt to apt , from Black mold , and Asbestos coming down from popcorn ceilings , whenever they work on the roof which is very often. Most tenants wake up to asbestos in their morning coffee here. There is also a terrible security(very unprofessional) that harasses people The building is falling apart , understaffed and the Management does not seem to understand or respect tenants right with California ordinance and OSHA , it's an absolute nightmare, If I could afford I'd be out right away but I can't . We re in a constant battle for our health After my ceiling leaked for 6 months with black mold I was moved to a so called renovated apt ,where I did the whole movie by myself and now there ar

3 cases of car vandalism over the course of 4 months + bicycle (2) theft right from our deck. This is getting ridiculous. Management won't invest in security cameras even though they are collecting at least quarter of a million dollars in rent PER MONTH from all their tenants.

They should update their gym. It’s old and rusty it’s a health hazard. Most of the equipments dont even work. They need more and new equipment.
