Great experience, the staff especially Dan Zisoff have been fantastic. They are prompt in getting back to me on any issues or questions that I have had. And when I purchased another condo in this complex Dan really went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. I have lived here over 20 years and we have had several HOA companies and the experience with PMI reliance has been great.

Katie is freaking awesome 👌 she makes everything so easy to process like the old fashion way! She earns it with her sweet personality of concern like a real person who can relate.. My wife is the hardest person to impress but somehow Katie swept her off her feet! Than she told me to exclusively ask for Katie! Now for me that's impressive coming from my wife but after speaking to her myself I see 👀 why she said deal with Katie only because truly she is the real deal for sure!!!

Dan and his team at PMI Reliance have been amazing to work with! Our HOA board has a few "difficult" personalities and Catie has done a great job by ensuring we stay on task. From proposal to current day management, PMI Reliance has done a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them to any HOA.

Today morning we have a water problem in our house all water coming black from sink shower even flash toilet it was so scary I called our management and our angel Catie answer us she listen to me and told me to follow up with her in a little I feel so comfortable and safe when she talk with me .after little our water got clear except flash one toilet and I thanks her a lot for all her help and she also told me to follow up with her if this one not clear yet This is means a lot to me and my family Catie is amazing personality and over amazing customer services we really appreciate all your help Catie thank you so much .
