RENTERS BEWARE! Check units carefully for signs of previous water damage! Don’t be fooled by the $0 application fee and the low $600/mon (reduced from $625) for this alleged “remodeled” 2bed/1.5 bath townhouse. While the new vinyl flooring and carpet are really nice, it is my experience that these are only cosmetic changes, designed to create the illusion that everything has been fixed. However, upon close inspection of what was supposed to be a turn-key ready unit, I found a few things that gave me pause: First, upon entering the complex, you are welcomed by a huge, trash-overflowing container with two big crater size holes in the asphalt in front of it (filled with water). Don’t stay here if you can help it. Please, please find another home, even if they change the name. I lived here for 2years and the only crime I committed was leaving. U can do better.
