Plaza Apartments

If I could give it no stars I would. Went to apply for an apartment and he kept putting us off. Then finally got to meet him after waiting an hour after we was supposed to meet. He was very rude & disrespectful. Kept judging us for no reason. Glad he didn't accept us. I recommend not renting from this guy. Completely rude and not trustworthy.

Apartments are quiet they are dated. The apartment has cool woodwork it even had a murphy bed. I never had any issues there. Average neighborhood not bad for the price.

I was referred here by my employer and much to my surprise the man I spoke to was rude and entirely too disrespectful for my liking. I called to ask about any vacancies they might have and was asked if I would like to schedule an appointment and I said it didn't matter if it was a cardboard box and with all due respect I'd skip the tour if he had something available, at which point he said would I like to make an appointment. I asked if one was necessary and he doubled down on his rudeness and said if there's nothing else have a good day. Very well then. Despite my situation there's no way I'd rent from someone this rude or disrespectful. I now understand the ratings this place has received and I'll surely take my hard-earned money elsewhere.

Lived here for a couple years and had no problem until I was moving out of state. Asked repeatedly about my deposit being returned and would get increasingly rude about it. Fast forward to the next month I asked one more time and he claimed the place was filthy (which I clearly remembered mopping, wiping all the surfaces and vacuuming but sure) and I was not getting my deposit back. My advice would be to look elsewhere and avoid these clowns. Don't give them a cent.

I came to view an apartment. It wouldn't work. So I was shown another place around the corner. 617 N 22nd st. I agreed it would work. It was getting late so I rushed to retrieve all the paperwork the manager needed. Including a money order for the $400.00 deposit. He agreed to get it ready. My understanding was it only needed a refrigerator It turned out to more acourding to him. Almost a month went by me calling frequently. When It came time to sign the lease he tried pulling some off the wall B.S so I disagreed and said I would like my deposit back. He said it was non refundable. I never signed anything that said that. Needless to say the little weasel still hasn't gave it back. He's a P.O.S. don't rent from him. He can't be trusted.
