My experience trying to contact Brittany Village Apartments has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My partner and I urgently needed to find a new place to live, so we turned to Brittany Village as a potential option. However, our attempts to reach them have been met with complete silence. For the past two weeks, we've diligently tried to get in touch via phone, leaving numerous messages, but to no avail. Not a single callback, not even an acknowledgment of our inquiries. Desperate for answers, we decided to visit the property office in person, only to be met with further frustration. I applied here, they charged me a $250 holding fee and deposit, then proceeded to never contact me about my application again. Never refunded my money, never responded to any of my voicemails, even when I called the head honcho and threatened to sue. My husband went up there in person and they locked the door IN HIS FACE so he couldn’t come inside even though they were open. Absolutely not. Please please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT bother with this place. Hopefully it gets shut down.
