just don’t. rent is super cheap but our apartment was uninhabitable. completely full of mold, and absolutely filthy. my roommate spent one night in the apartment and got sick. we had to spend hundreds of dollars to hire our own mold specialist because they claimed it was mildew. our mold specialist told us not only was the apartment completely full of mold, but had almost triple the normal levels of CO2, which will immediately give you carbon dioxide poisoning. thankfully we got our money back on rent, but it was a horrible experience. save yourself the stress and live somewhere else!

I have lived at Player’s Club for a year now & it has been amazing. I am renewing and plan to live here for the rest of college. Maintenance comes within a day or two and I have never had an issue with bugs or cleanliness. This place is incredible for the price you pay and I am so happy I get to live here!

I lived there for 7 months. To sum it up in one phrase: you get what you pay for. Rent is dirt cheap, so don’t expect your apartment to be in stellar condition. The main office is surprisingly well run. It wasn’t an awful apartment, and the price is near the lowest in Athens. That being said, I’m glad I move out.

take pictures of the condition of the apartment. My daughter's apartment had not been cleaned. bathrooms were dirty., Food in the refrigerator and cabinets. She clean up before she vacated, cleaner than how she found it. The apartments billed her for $ 165.00 in cleaning fees and then turned her over to a collections agency when she disputed the charges.

I LOVE living at Player’s Club! It’s so nice, hardwood floors in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms, tile in the bathrooms. Super nice cabinets and appliances. SO sad I’m moving next year.
