Plattykill Manor Apartments

Where do I start..don't move here if u dont have to. This is my 3rd year without heat. The only time they do anything around here is when state inspection comes up. In the summer we have a bad fly infestation. The winter we have mice. My fridge broke they are supposed to replace it they never did I had to buy my own. The hallways and basements are filthy. I can go on.

Filthy elevator, whiskey bottles on lawn for weeks; mgmt makes everything difficult for the tenants to get them out probably so they can charge higher rent by going "condo/flat". Nearing slumlord conditions.
