This is my first time ever renting in my life and I feel awful for anyone who has to deal with this company. They are incompetent and unprofessional and neglectful. I haven’t even been dealing with them for one month. My lease started December 15, 2025 and I have been on the phone every single day with these people. This has been the worst experience of my life. No business should use them as a management company and again I feel awful for anyone dealing with them. It has caused so much stress in my life having to deal with these people. I can’t even imagine what the next year will be like thank God I live in a small town and I’m gonna go to the township today regarding issues with the home that should’ve never been passed in the first place for anyone reading this do not use this company

WASTE OF TIME! I finally understand why they were given so many 1 star reviews. I swear this company does not care to rent their units out so I cant imagine how it would be if you actually lived there. I had so much of my home searching time wasted by their company. I was interested in one of their East Brunswick - North Lake property units. The property manager who responds on Zillow takes days to respond to very simple but essential questions and doesn’t respond until 1-3am.. After viewing the unit, it took days for me to even get a response to my basic questions so that I could apply. The day finally came where I was sent the application so I applied and paid $50 just to see the listing was immediately taken down and was later told it was rented out to someone else that exact same day.

Charges 2000 for a 1bedroom apt and have a ton of rules. They raise these prices to be discriminatory against those with rental assistance. Have a ton of rules while overworking their staff with extra steps.

Do not move here terrible management they do not fix anything due to wear and tear they charge you for every small thing they can. They charge for things even if it’s their fault. They forgot to make a copy of my unit’s mailbox key and instead of correcting the issue that was made on their part they decided to tell me to go to a locksmith where I would be charged hundreds of dollars As opposed to paying $50 for a replacement key that they should’ve had a copy of. They tried to evict me for non payment of rent which was a complete lie and failed miserably. They mass email in the middle of night. No amenities. Definitely not worth it!

Had to constantly called to see the property was even available everyday. I finally called and got in touch with somebody and then now the house is off the market. Not only did I do a housing application but I followed up and sent all my paperwork in. I feel like I was robbed. Not only do that home have 256 contacts for the house. It was like what was the point of doing the application. It doesn't take that many people to rent to rental. Property manager was very unprofessional texting you at 1:00 a.m. 2:00 a.m not business hours.
