I was referred to Sion Semah a few years back and decided that when I committed, I would use the Semah Mortgage Team because they followed up in exactly the right way. I benefitted greatly by keeping my word to call when I was ready. This amazing team was so efficient and skilled that when my initial deal fell through due to a seller contingency, I was closed only 13 days after my second offer was accepted!!! This is a remarkable feat and I am pleased to sing their praises on professionalism, communication, detail orientation, effectiveness, tenacity, experience etc etc Without the Semah Team, I’d most likely be wasting money still renting. I’m sincerely and completely impressed and truly grateful!

Mint Capital with Sury and Sion are the absolute best mortgage team out there. Sury is an absolute gem! She has ENDLESS amounts of patience and is impeccable about the details. I’m not even sure she leaves their offices except for Shabbat and the Chagim. Her response time is always immediate and she is tireless with the assistance she offers. I could go on for days about how wonderful this group is. They are THE BEST!
