If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never had such an awful experience with a title agency. The lack of communication and complete disregard to emails & phone calls was beyond unacceptable and unprofessional. Information and documentation that was so conveniently provided to them was disregarded and unnecessary mistakes were made. The worst problem of all was the lack of communication. I can't even get over the amount of emails and phone calls that were just ignored. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that I will never allow future clients to have this company have any part in the transaction whatsoever.
