Good location. Nice, quality apartments. Really friendly staff.
Excellent location. Great property management!
The lease you sign will state that these apartments are “smoke-free,” but if any of your neighbors smoke indoors, property management will not do anything to solve the issue. I have been complaining of secondhand smoke entering my apartment for over four months now, and Brittany (as well as the previous property manager, Lonese) stated that it is difficult to pinpoint who is smoking in order to stop it. I never asked for a full-scale investigation to be launched - I just want to prevent the smoke from entering MY unit. I was able to identify how the smoke was getting in and offered a couple of solutions that I believed would help, only to be told no and then ghosted. Otherwise, great location, quiet, new construction. That gets them one star. 🤷🏻♀️
