Love this place so much! We have lived here since opening, the first ones in our section and has been wonderful since! Apon moving in we had a few issues/small fixes submitted requests always timely, and would sometimes even get it fixed hours later! We got the add on of a garage to avoid the parking hassle, and it's huge! Lots if space to store excess storage, bikes and things that just don't fit in the apartment. We've lived here almost 2 years and the only thing I have to say is we need a bigger apartment as we are growing out of this one😂 But can't wait to size up! Wifi works amazing, valet trash is a game changer and with how often they clean the breezeways, smell isn't an issue! We’ve lived here for almost two years and have had a great experience! The other tenants in this community have been friendly, and we’ve been especially grateful for the kind staff. They know us by name and always say hello. The maintenance team has been exceptional and quick to respond and resolve any issues. We love how there are good walking trails also nearby. The gym is really nice and so is the package delivery room. We have frozen dog food shipped to us and there is a refrigerated section for the delivery drivers to place our package until we’re able to get it, which we really appreciate. It’s also very convenient to have your trash taken from your doorstep daily. Overall, we’d recommend this complex as a great place to live.

I absolutely love living at this apartment community! From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself is beautiful, well maintained, and truly feels like home. The layout is comfortable, the amenities are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. One of my favorite parts is the management team, they are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and with great communication, which makes living here completely stress-free. The dog park is amazing and a huge bonus for pet owners. Living at Plat 10 Apartments has been nothing but amazing. The entire complex is kept very clean and well maintained, which makes such a difference day to day. Any time I’ve submitted a repair request, they’ve responded quickly and handled it efficiently. Whenever I have a question, the team is easy to get a hold of and always responds within 24 hours. That level of communication and professionalism is rare and so appreciated. As a real estate agent, I have high standards when it comes to service and management — and Plat 10 truly delivers. They’ve hit every single thing I believe is important when renting a place and have gone above and beyond in every way. Overall, the staff and the entire community are 10 out of 10. I highly recommend living here!

One of the first people to move into the complex for close to 2 years now and I've had nothing but great interactions with the front office staff and maintenance people. Any issue we've had was taken into consideration and dealt with properly and quickly everytime. The gym is nice for an apartment complex, pool and clubhouse are always open.
