Plantations at Haywood Apartments

This has been the worst experience of our lives, we moved here in October originally signed for a 3 bedroom which we were approved for signed the lease only to be moved to another 3 bedroom unit because of plumbing issues, no big deal we sign a second lease, & on our way cross country with everything in tow to our new apartment they then call to say the 2nd apartment we signed for is no longer available due to plumbing issues as well. They explain all they have is a 2 bedroom & that it's either we accept it or request a refund for our money back from the application & fees & to go elsewhere which wasn't feasible as we were already in transit with all of our items being delivered there. So we accept the two bedroom only to ask about switching to a 3 bedroom when one becomes available. They

I had a package delivered to the mailroom that residents are required to use and pay for, and it was stolen. No one has been able to provide any useful information or assistance regarding what happened. It’s extremely frustrating to be required to use a paid service that does not ensure the security of residents’ deliveries. If my packages are still going to be at risk, I would prefer to have them delivered directly to my door. It is also unreasonable to expect residents to rearrange their work schedules to retrieve mail from a location that does not feel secure or reliable. UPDATE: my bank card has also been stolen out of the mail room. Both packages was together on Friday morning around ten and around 4:00 pm both gone mysteriously disappeared.

Any issues I’ve had has been resolved in a timely manner. Understanding some of the units are older some things are out of control however they compensated for the mishaps. Maintenance was super helpful. David is an awesome maintenance man he deserves a raise. And front office did everything they could to accommodate me.

Today set a new record. When tenants are paying 1,200-2,000 a month in rent, ow can you possibly turn off units water and NOT NOTIFY THEM. This was very unsanitize, you Have to start doing better. We've gotten a 5- 7 emails about Spectrum, but absolutely nothing about the water! I left a message at 12:38pm had no response yet.
