Never, ever, ever use this company for any business. We did not select them. We had an existing mortgage that was sold to this disreputable dysfunctional lender. I work in an industry where I work with lenders every day. I make sure that none of my clients ever consider this company. They stole $8500 from us provided by our insurance company for hurricane repairs. We had to initiate a lawsuit against Planet Losers to get the money. It has taken more than six months of back-and-forth with inept and incompetent representatives. This company is a scam. NEVER USE.

Our experience with Derek Watkins at planet home lending was great! I was a bit nervous from a previous experience with a different loan officer at first but Mr.Watkins told me everything would be fine and he would have us in our dream home before the summer ended and he did just that! If I could give 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They only care about getting their money and make every thing extremely difficult, and getting ahold of someone that even knows what they are talking about is impossible. Hate this lender

STEER CLEAR! Horrible company. Will not return phone calls or emails. Will waste your time and money. Should be hauled into court for costing people money because of their unorganized way of doing business. Derek is the king of the time wasters. Go elsewhere save yourself some trouble.
