I wasn’t gonna make a review until I was out of the house! But with recent events and us leaving on the first, I need to warn everybody! I think we’ve been with this company for almost 3 years maybe 2 1/2 my first apartment was small and a house made up of four apartments. I had issues with the dishwasher which they never fixed and the AC unit which they decided to fix as I was moving out. it was made up of cement so when it was hot, the cement radiated into the apartment which made it worse! I was there a little over a year. Then we moved into a house and it has been nothing but problems since. Started off with them fixing a gate to a back yard they said we could use then put a lock on it and said they can’t find the key and it’s not a priority to find it! Also a back storage area they s

Hannah and Jana are wonderful! This is a small, family owned business. They go above and beyond to take care of their tenants. Hannah has even gone out of her way to re-home several cats that were abandoned. Highly recommend!

I personally have had an AWESOME experience with the entire staff of Property Plains Management. Especially Jana. They are kind. Understanding. Business PEOPLE. I could continue to compliment them. My wife, Amy, I and our little baby girl have rented with Jana and Plains Property Management for about 3 years until TRI took over where we rent now. But we've never had any problems with Plains Property and they're the best landlords we've ever had. As long as you communicate with them and treat them with respect they'll work with you. I highly recommend them. We may end up going back to them eventually. I trust them

Terrible property management company. Jana gave us the impression that she’s about and for the tenant and wouldn’t communicate to us when the landlord had any issues. We had to put in work orders for the same things more than once because they’ll complete the work order without even sending anybody out. We had bats in our house for two months before they would send anybody out. The central air broke and their response after us asking them to fix it three times was “Colorado landlords aren’t mandated to provide air conditioning.” We had gotten covid towards the end of January and communicated that to them because we knew we were going to be behind on our bills and the response was “thanks for letting us know.” Whenever we paid late then we were given a non-renewal of lease notice 3 days in
