Very loving family. Mr. Pitts is a joy to talk to and their son Zach is very well mannered and professional. We moved to Mississippi from Michigan and they were the nicest realtors we had encountered. Mrs. Pitts is a breath of fresh air. She gets right down to business and let you know what she has that's in your budget. The home we currently live in is beautiful and would not have been possible without this company. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or rent a home they can assist with both!

Helen Pitts never fixed any issue I had over the years and eventually just stopped responding altogether. I fixed things myself, out of my own pocket. The only time she texted me was to ask about more rent after I had already moved out. When I told her I had tried to contact her and she didn't reply, she insulted me. Very unprofessional.

Paying $800 a month and can’t get even get a parking spot at the apartments in mantachie. I’ve addressed this twice with the owners and got no response. Property manager came and said he talked to tenants about the parking, yet I am still walking 100 yards from a community center parking lot to my home a week later. Ownership shows no interest in resolving the issue. I haven’t got a phone call or text back from the past 3 issues I have had.

Moved out 2/1/21 and still haven’t heard about my deposit. Had multiple texts ignored. Had to call the owner of the property myself to get any answers. These folks aren’t interested in returning your texts or calls unless it’s regarding them wanting to give a tour of your apartment on less than 24 hours notice.

Ive rented from the Pitts family for nearly 2 years now... nice folks, quick to respond to issues when they arise.
