I have been renting from this company since August 2024. I am beyond floored at how I have put in a work request for a whole month now for a large hole in the wall which is leading to pest control issues. Do you think they care. Nope. I am a good tenant and pay may rent on time just to deal with a property manager that could care less about this large hole in my bathroom wall that should have been fixed before I even moved in. I am so disappointed in this company as this is how you do business. Very disappointed that this company couldn’t care less of all the money that I’m putting into pest control because of this hole in my wall getting delayed week after week after week. C’mon you guys do better. Again very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I was seeking a rental property for my growing family on short notice. When searching the community, I found the PERFECT property. I contacted Pinnacle Realty outside of normal business hours, but Sarah responded almost immediately! She sent some information over to myself, I completed it, and I was approved within 2 days. The process was smooth. Within my first month in the property, I had an A/C unit issue. I simply submitted my work order. Less than 24 hours later, Sarah had the issue resolved! Sarah and her team are amazing and have been nothing short of incredible!

I lived in one of their properties 2021-2024. Overall it was definitely a good experience: I would've kept living there if I was still in Montgomery. The unit had some issues (mainly plumbing) come up since it was a bit older, but things were always fixed reasonably quickly after I reported them. My rent stayed the same the 3 years I lived there, and I got the security deposit back at the end.

I’ve been a tenant with this property since March 2024 and I’ve been having issues with rat droppings I hired cooks pest control to come out an lay traps, contacted the rent office an was told that they had a pest control company come out to check so with 2 company’s total neither was able to solve the issue the rat has tore away at the floor in the living room. as of last night 9/4/24 I seen another rat bigger then my foot and the rent office emailed me an said to get more trapsan that it is a tenant issue I have 3 small kids and I can’t put them at risk.

I have been an excellent tenant for over a year, now I'm pleading to have a tree removed from my walkway. I've been put of and lied to since the last storm. I can't push my grocery cart nor my rollator down walkway. Truly disgusted and surprised because it couldn't cost That much to clear a walkway. I realize it's all about the money, but how many days would YOU like stepping over a tree to leave your home?
