WIN Home Inspection

Rodney was our inspector for the full home inspection ($375 for the home, 1480 sqft, very reasonable in my opinion!) and I have already started recommending him to people who are in the process of purchasing a home or are planning to in the future. He saved us money by being able to negotiate some of the repairs with the seller.
